Batch update to fix low volume of voices

This is the batch update to fix the low volume of the voices. We programmatically, generated amplified version of all the voices to deal with low volume voice files provided by the audio and voice team. Not a perfect fix, however, at least now the game is now more audible.

We are still looking into the matter of misreads and lines skips of voices.
